HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED

Refunds will be processed within fifteen business days from the time a return is received at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed.

IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION

All item returns / refunds need to be in brand new condition with original packaging.

When returning any items for a refund / exchange, it is essential that the items are in brand new condition with original packaging. No items will be refunded if the products have been used or damaged in any way.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, the refund will first be applied to the credit card or PayPal account up to the original amount charged, and then a the gift card or product voucher.

Refunds will include only product and tax amount.

If an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.

Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your mailed credit card statement.

Refund details may or may not be available on your statement quickly. The timeframe depends on how your bank processes these transactions. Refunds may be visible to you sooner when viewing your credit card account online.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We will only refund faulty or incorrect items, in the case of a “change of mind” refund items need to be returned at buyers expense within 10 days of purchase in brand new condition with original packaging. Refunded value will be less any incurred costs of processing and shipping the order as well as the cost of returns.
